Elevate Reporting is an audiovisual reporting team, providing litigation support throughout the legal community.  Our company is comprised of team members who possess years of experience in various areas of the legal industry, including Civil Litigation, Family Law, Criminal Investigation, E-Discovery, and Service of Process.

At Elevate Reporting, we believe that seeing a witness' demeanor, body language, or even their expressions as well as hearing the responses during an examination speaks volumes.  None of these audible or visual factors can be found in reading a transcript.  In fact, not only have the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure more recently placed 'audiovisual means' before 'stenographic means' in the methods for obtaining testimony, but our Federal Rules of Civil Procedure were modified for this preferred method as well.  None of these visual factors can be found in reading a transcript and, if you choose to introduce testimony at trial, our synchronized video gives you the ability to provide audiovisual testimony in a matter of seconds.

A synchronized video is a DVD that Elevate Reporting provides with your Production Package (at no additional cost) that is comprised from the verbatim text synched with the audiovisual testimony.  With each synched video, we also provide the necessary components in order to utilize trial preparation programs such as Trial Director, RealLegal and LiveNote.  This is an elevated advantage over opposing counsel who may prefer utilizing traditional means of presenting their case.

Our Production Package consists of an electronically delivered full and condensed transcript that contains not only a word index but also hyperlinked exhibits. The Production Package also includes a .txt file, a simple invoice, and the synchronized video of the proceeding.  Additionally, once the 'read and sign' occurs, the certified transcript is sealed and delivered to your office.

Elevate Reporting offers competitive pricing that is significantly less than alternative court-reporting agencies and our turn-around is typically 5-7 business days.  We see no purpose to charge videography fees, increased fees because your witness may be an 'expert', or an added fee to certify and seal your transcript.

With traditional court-reporting agencies, firms can incur additional costs of over $900 or more per the average deposition with fees for a videographer and increased rates for an expert witness or an added fee to receive a video.  Furthermore,  the average turn-around for your transcript with a court-reporting agency is 20-30 days.
