We utilize multiple back-up mechanisms in order to safeguard and preserve the verbatim record with complete accuracy. Upon completion of the proceeding, our Deposition Officer will provide our client with a copy of the raw video taken.
Our Process
Our legal services and skilled Deposition Officers transcribe the audio recording, verbatim. We then prepare your transcript in a format required by the relevant court after a meticulous quality check is completed. Your transcript is certified by the Deposition Officer conducting the deposition or proceeding.
Your Final Product
Elevate Reporting then synchronizes the completed verbatim transcript with the video recording, creating an easy to view DVD of the official testimony record. Your Paralegal receives an electronic production package within 5-7 business days that includes a full & condensed transcript, with hyperlinked exhibits, a word index, the .txt file, and a straight-forward invoice. The synchronized DVD is hand-delivered to your office in a timely manner.
